Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 15, 2026

Planner (planner.monopoly-gold.com) is a tool for planning and decomposing tasks. This document describes what data the service collects, why, and how it is handled. By using Planner, you agree to the terms set out below.

What data we collect

When you sign in with Google (Google Sign-In), the service requests the openid, email, and profile scopes and receives the following information about your account from Google:

In addition, we store the data you create in the service yourself: projects, goals and tasks, acceptance criteria, evidence of completion, and the files attached to it.

Why we use this data

We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making, and we do not share it with third parties except in the cases expressly described below.

Planner's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or share your personal data. Data may be processed by the infrastructure providers that keep the service running (server hosting, network-level attack protection), strictly to the extent necessary for Planner to function.

Storage and protection

Data is stored on our own server with restricted access. Communication with Google and with your browser uses a secure connection (TLS). We keep your data for exactly as long as your account exists.

Your rights and data deletion

You may at any time request access to your data, its correction, or its complete deletion together with your account. To do so, contact us at the address below. You can also revoke Planner's access to your Google account on the Google Account → Third-party apps page.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the most recent change is shown at the top of the page.
