Planner (planner.monopoly-gold.com) is a tool for planning and decomposing tasks. This document describes what data the service collects, why, and how it is handled. By using Planner, you agree to the terms set out below.
When you sign in with Google (Google Sign-In), the service requests the openid, email, and profile scopes and receives the following information about your account from Google:
sub);In addition, we store the data you create in the service yourself: projects, goals and tasks, acceptance criteria, evidence of completion, and the files attached to it.
Planner uses Amplitude for product and onboarding-funnel analytics. Public marketing and information pages can also use Google Analytics 4, deployed through Google Tag Manager. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics load only after you select Allow analytics. If you decline, they are not loaded.
Google Analytics may process the public page address, referrer and campaign parameters,
approximate location, device and browser characteristics, and interaction metrics. It may
set analytics identifiers such as the _ga cookie. Google Tag Manager delivers
the configured Google Analytics tag; no advertising tag is configured.
Google Tag Manager is not loaded on the authenticated application or administration pages, so project, goal, and session identifiers are not sent to Google Analytics as page locations. Your choice is stored in this browser and can be changed through Analytics settings in the footer.
We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making, and we do not share it with third parties except in the cases expressly described below.
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers that keep the service running (server hosting and network-level attack protection), and analytics data may be processed by Amplitude and, after your consent, Google, strictly for service and audience measurement.
Service data is stored on our own server with restricted access. Communication with Google and with your browser uses a secure connection (TLS). Service data is kept for as long as your account exists; analytics data follows the retention settings of the corresponding analytics provider.
You may at any time request access to your data, its correction, or its complete deletion together with your account. To do so, contact us at the address below. You can also revoke Planner's access to your Google account on the Google Account → Third-party apps page.
